If your club uses a code-based access system (keypad at the door), you can set a personal 6-digit code in your profile. You always type the same code on the keypad to open the door, without having to search your emails for your reservation code.

How do I set it?

1. Log in and open the menu My profile.
2. In the section Personal access code, enter a 6-digit code.
3. Click Save code. That's it!

If the code you chose is already used by another member of your club, a message will ask you to choose a different one.

When does it work?

• Only when you are listed in a reservation (as organiser or as a player), including your fixed hours.
• Only around your playing time (like the reservation code received by email).
• It does not open doors for the club's recurring slots (courses, training sessions booked by the club).

Who can see my code?

Nobody. Your code is stored encrypted: neither your club's administrators nor Plugin.ch can view it. Even so, avoid using a sensitive code (such as your bank card PIN).

I forgot my code, what should I do?

Since nobody can view it, it cannot be sent back to you. Simply set a new one in your profile: the old one is replaced immediately. In the meantime, the reservation code received by email still opens the door.
