Tennis lesson invoicing
Invoice registrations and generate invoices with a payment QR code
Once the groups have been created and students assigned, you can start invoicing. This tutorial guides you through the invoicing process and checking the generated invoices.
Start invoicing
In Lessons → Manage registrations, two invoicing options are available to you:
- Invoice all registrations: invoices everyone, even those not yet placed in a group.
- Invoice people in a group: only invoices students actually placed in a group (recommended).
Choice between invoicing all registrations or only those in a group.
Check invoiced registrations
After invoicing, the list of invoiced people is displayed. By hovering over a name, you can see the details of the assigned lessons (day and time). An indicator confirms that invoicing has been carried out.

Check special cases
Some cases require your attention:
- No invoicing: a student not placed in a group is not invoiced.
- Partial registration: a student requested 2x/week but is only placed in 1 group — they will not be invoiced until their registration is changed to match 1x/week.
Non-invoiced students: check their placement in the groups.
Find invoices in the invoicing module
Invoiced people appear in the invoicing module (tab Invoice), under the invoice group defined when the lesson was created (e.g. “Summer 2026 Tennis School”). Click Refresh to see everyone ready to be invoiced.

View invoice details

- The dates, times, and courts of the lessons.
- A QR code for payment.
